About Westburn Cottage
Westburn Cottage is available for letting all year round.
Bookings start from 3pm on arrival day until 10am on departure day.
The cottage is also available for short stays (minimum 3 nights). Short Breaks can only be booked within 2 weeks of the holiday start date. Winter Breaks can be booked at any time up to the holiday start date. See price list for tariffs.
The property is self contained. Linen, including duvets, blankets, and pillows are included. Towels are also available for hire at £6.00 per person per week. Central heating, electricity, coal and wood are all included.
Other facilities include a fridge with freezer box, iron and ironing board, a induction hob cooker with separate oven and grill, a microwave oven, a slimline dishwasher, and combined washing machine/tumble dryer.
There is also a flat screen colour TV with Freesat (Sky's version of Freeview) and teletext, DVD player/recorder (including a selection of DVD's), VHS player (including a selection of videos), Two radios (one with cassette/one with CD player), board games, cards, and a large selection of reading material.
The property will accommodate a maximum of TWO people.
Pets are not allowed (Sorry. We like pets but many people suffer from allergies).
The cottage and gardens are strictly non-smoking.
The cottage is NOT suitable for wheelchair users.
The cottage will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, but it would be greatly appreciated if the property could be left as you found it on your arrival.
Please contact our caretaker a few days before commencement of your holiday for key collection arrangements and to let them know estimated time of arrival.
